Article (38) of the Labor Law stipulates that the employer shall enable the non-Saudi worker to work in a profession other than the profession prescribed in his work permit. The Ministerial Decision stipulates that in the event of repetition of the same type of offense, the previous penalty for the violation shall be doubled each time.
